Chinnmaye Praveen heads the Strategic Planning Department at a company that manufactures and installs water purification units. She is also a professional counsellor with expertise in counselling the youth on academics and careers, teens and even the elderly. Not only that, in order to give back to society she started an initiative called Vistaara, to empower kids through cross learning, community participation, events, workshops and awareness campaigns on the importance of education and child rights.
