ANJALLI SUKUMARAN, FASHION BLOGGER AND DESIGNER

Her role models are Audrey Hepburn and Amal Clooney who she believes are true women of substance. Meet Anjalli Sukumaran who at 27 and is already an established jewellery designer, blogger, fashion curator and social influencer. She quit her legal job at an MNC to start her very own jewellery label (store.anjalli.in) and has no regrets whatsoever.

Currently in Chennai, Anjalli recalls being quite scared as she had left her job to pursue her love for writing, designing and all things fashion. It was tough and very competitive but the minute she focused on taking baby steps the fear disappeared and gave way to an empowered woman and a successful career – the one of her choice!

The first day she launched her label, Anjalli was elated and encouraged to see that every single piece was sold out. It was that validation that boosted her confidence even more although though she manoeuvred through her share of ups and downs she has managed to garner a lot of support in her ever increasing followers who find her blog very relatable and jewellery unique.

As her reach and popularity grows, so does all the learning that comes with it and Anjalli believes that whatever you want to do, do it now! She says, “Don’t overthink it or wait for the right time. The right time is now!”
